It's been a full year since butler realty sold me 3 acres, I paid cash and used their closing lawyer Brent heronomi to do a title search. Two days from now it will be 1 full year since I throw my savings in the trash. The land had a lein, No kind of compensation at all, I've been patient but it's run out. If you do use butler, demand a different lawyer at closing.
Butler Realty is one of the best and most reliable real estate agencies in the area! They are there to help you and make sure you know what is going on at all times during the buying and selling of a home! We bought a home through them and sold our home through them! Jimmy and his entire staff are very customer centered. It is a family company and those that are not blood family were treated as family. Great company to work with!
