Contacted business explaining my needs, I had to follow up with them to get any feedback. Told me I could put in a backup offer on the property. Never offered to help with that or show any desire to meet me and get the ball rolling. I realize that properties in the lower price range produce smaller commissions but I had hoped with such high reviews the service would reflect that. Disappointed to say the least.
