I am a current tenant and I have never had such a neglectful maintenance service in all of my years renting. They simply don’t ever come to help fix on time. Whatever the maintenance issue may be, it will take several phone calls and emails to get them to come. From loss of AC in July, to water leaks, to dishwasher and dryer breaking down, they don’t respond quickly and you have to keep calling them to come out. Currently waiting on a request I submitted 8 days ago and have yet to hear back from them.
