Do not use this service. Even if the hospital or facility is requesting the transport, make sure it is NOT Butler. Their staff is extremely rude and unprofessional but much more serious is their pattern of Medicaid/Medicare Fraud. Butler is well aware that Medicare and Medicaid pay much less for a transport than what they can bill a patient for.
