We have had one unit for the past 5 years. The place is always well maintained and any issues we have had were resolved very quickly.

Great facility! Seems like some negative posters on here should've put some stuff in a climate controlled unit....... Store your things properly and you'll have no issues at Butler. Been there for over 2 years. No issues what so ever!
I have 3 units here. The online application process is quick and convenient. Rates are reasonable. Units / area are easily accessible, clean, and secure. The monthly auto pay system is easy and convenient. Management is responsive to calls/questions/concerns. Pleased with our choice.
Our couch was destroyed in 6 months of storage by mice nesting. We had to file with our renters insurance for replacement. The whole facility is dirty and feels unsecure. The entire property is gravel which results in dust going into the units and covering everything you own. I do not recommend is the storage facility. I tried uploading videos and pictures of the damage, but there is no option for me to do so.
