Dr Butler is great. He is very professional and skilled. Getting ahold of anyone is close to impossible. Everything goes straight to their voicemail. Getting a call back is also ridiculous. I called 8 times and left multiple voicemails just to schedule a surgery. If the staff cares I have yet to see it. I have gone to multiple locations and always the same result. All this would be solved if a live person answered the phone. It's been 4 days and I have yet received a doctor's note that they said they would email me.

Visited Dr butler on Feb 1. Spent max 5 mins with Doctor. Charged duplicate as Assessment as well as Office Visit. Its a scam to get money from Insurance and Patients.

My father went to Dr Butler, he was in his office for maybe 7 minutes. The doctor asked a couple questions, looked in his nose, told him to use nose drops and billed him over $500. He claimed he gave my father an endoscopy because he looked in his nose. He is scamming insurance and patients for $100s of dollars. Do not visit Dr Butler!

Dr Butler is a fantastic doctor and surgeon. He performed my tonsillectomy and I couldn't be happier with the results! Highly recommend Dr. Butler and his office staff.

I can't say enough about Dr. Butler. He has helped my entire family with allergies, breathing problems, and surgeries. He is thoughtful and takes time to get to the root cause. I trust him completely and recommend him to everyone I know.
