This one star review applies to security only. I get here at 12:00 PM to support my daughter. I get what turns out to be a 10 minute badge(finally) after being told at the first desk I couldn't go up. Then at the second desk they call up and stay on hold for 5 minutes until I walk away with a relative who was already up with the patient. At a third desk I finally get a badge to go up.
