Amazing! First baby and I was terrified, they all took such good care of me and my munchkin! I will forever be thankful to each and every person that works there!
I delivered my first child here 11 months ago and the experience from triage up until I was discharged was amazing. Now the experience I had on October 6, was a little different. The staff in L&D could learn some bedside manner from the staff in postpartum. My family that was present in L&D and myself felt very uncomfortable; as though we were an inconvenience to them. My wife and I recently welcomed our son at Women & Infants. Everything from triage to labor and delivery, and after in postpartum was excellent. We couldn't have felt more welcomed and informed the whole way. All the doctors and nurses were fantastic. Such good attentive care. Erica, one of our postpartum nurses, was so patient and supportive while my wife tried breastfeed. We will forever be grateful for her making it happen for us. Love everything about W&I.
