My experience was terrible the front desk receptionist in the Radiology department was rude & unwelcoming. She gave me a very hard time scheduling a ultrasound and then it just so happens the next appointment isn't until July 4th when today is only June 14th. Wish there were more options in New England for W&I.
I can say that for me it's a good Hosp and nurses always treated me with respect; I dk now but years ago i had good experiences when it comes to this particular hosp.
Mere words cannot express how grateful I am for Women & Infant's. The entire staff, front desk, security, social workers, CNA'S, Nurse's, Dr.'s, Recovery staff, and NICU 👣 💖 I am eternally grateful...Many blessings to you All 💞

Very nice staff there they were nice to my grand baby and there parents they were there for all most 3 week and the staff and doctor took up donations to get her bed car seat she need to go home I thank you very much the on 3floor n unit
