Started out good. Really liked Kevin in the beginning but there were too many things in the end that went wrong. We had them build a new home. Wrong fireplace was installed. Kevin said we needed to deal with the company. They broke my new oven/stove- Kevin told us needed to hire a professional to fix it. House was filthy dirty on our move in date. Stain on our exterior doors looks like a kindergartener did it. The list goes on and on…
We had a great experience with a recent 1960s bathroom remodel. The workers were courteous, professional, on time, and the project was completed on schedule. Small adjustments to ensure a high quality remodel were completed without a request from us. Highly recommend!
I love butler homes and handyman services, they did an amazing job on replacing my kitchen cabinets and doing my floor , very professional and on time
Horrible people. I live in Muncie and I'm actually speaking directly about your My Go To Guy branch. You have an employee that act like a spoiled little child, causing a scene in front of all my neighbors. I did in fact try to call to sort it all out and your office lady said she doesnt care and was not trying to solve anything.
