James was prompt in his response, friendly, and to the point. He explained everything in detail and fixed everything the same day of the appointment. We had just come back from a trip to have one of ac units go out and it was an extremely warm day and night. James responded to my message late at night and came the next day, which was labor day, and solved our ac problems. We'll definitely use James for our hvac needs in the future. Thanks.

We really hoped to do business with Butler. He seemed great initially, personable and knowledgeable. Our initial quote for a full replacement of the entire unit was $15,300 and then he started to highly discount. Which you would think well that is great right or he really wants to make a sale?? We had gotten another quote that ended up being closer to what Butlers discounted quote was $12,300.
