2026-08-14 -- "I have a note that we do not service your address anymore." This goes back to a bad review I gave them about a very disrespectful technician. Glad to see they don't need the business. 2026-09-03 - response to owner's comments. Your 'technician' was stoned. He was going to cut a drain line that only required a twist to remove. I stopped him from cutting, the line before he verified he had the fittings to reassemble the line he was about to cut. I have been with Butler for over 5 years and decided enough is enough. This year I trusted them with a job and even put close to $8,000 into my glycol machine. The blue motor in the photo is brand new from them. The work they did with the pvc pipe attachment was lousy. The work was just done 2 weeks ago. Instead of coming back to fix their work on what they did wrong, I have a new invoice for $1,500 to pay to correct their work. I have been a loyal customer and based on the price I don’t recommend the quality of work.

Excellent service
