I have been along time customer. I even had work done recently. I called them for air conditioning service and they said they couldn’t put me on the list. I didn’t ask to have service same day, or even this week. I asked just to be on their list for service. I won’t be calling back.

We will never use another A/C company, ever!. Butler not only answer their phones, they are professional and very knowledgable. They are fairly priced and they did a fantastic job on our new outdoor unit. We had gotten a few estimates. They were not the lowest or the highest. But, they were very reasonable. Another company quoted us 4,000 over Butler which we thought was ridiculous. We chose Butler because of their reputation. Butler AC was fast and efficient! I called and spoke with Sarah at 9am, and they had someone out to me by noon!!! Michael M. came to the rescue and got our air back on in no time!!! He was unbelievably polite and professional! I would highly recommend Butler AC and they will be our go-to for any AC services in the future!!
