I'm still waiting for my refund from 3 weeks ago when I was accidentally charged twice during sign-up on an error by their end . It's been 3 weeks, despite being told it would take one week to process and we tried to call them and no answers at all. Please help resolve this! thanks
Replaced my 5-star with a 2. Too inconsistent in having chiropractors available. They take walking but if I show up with a lot of pain in my neck, chiropractor sees me and receptionist says we’re closed yet they’re all standing there at 12 minutes before closing time, sorry but that’s not taking care of your customer, that’s saying we don’t care and I won’t take 5 minutes to adjust your back.
