Recommendedbought my first work truck from here in December. That purchase was easy and quick. Ross is my sales rep. I was very impressed with him and his business that time. my business is growing and I needed a second work truck. I went in at 5:30 one afternoon and left at 6:10 in the truck I went after. BUYER BEWARE! We bought a 08 suv from here. 7 months later my truck has a seized engine. The warranty that they tacked on was a joke. None of the local shops wanted to take the job dealing with the warranty company. Butlers talked a good game about getting things rolling” and “help” but it turned out to be all talk. I’ve now been stuck with a $300/month car payment on a car It has not run most of the time that I’ve had it. This company has contributed to more hardship for my family than they can possibly imagine.
