I saw Dr. Terasavage for a cracked filling. He referred me to Butler Endodontics for a root canal which went wonderfully. I came back to Terasavage for the crown. First visit while drilling the tooth, he LACERATED the underside of my tongue causing severe bleeding. The appt. had to be rescheduled so I could heal. Second visit his "dental assistant" cursed while fitting the temporary crown, saying the F-word four times, S-word more than I can count AND she CUT MY FACE with the polishing bit. My Family has gone there for almost 20 years. This used to be a great place to go. Now, I do not know what has changed. When you call in they put you on hold for 20 mins and then give you an attitude while scheduling your appointment. I have seen them as I sit and wait for my appointment, thye will let the phone ring off the hook while finishing a text message. Or they may answer the phone but place a person on hold while they finish up a phone call the their personal cell phones. We will not be going back as it seems they a... read more

The place is dirty and smells strange. There are too many other quality dentists around to chance this joint. A total indifferent attitude by the whole staff. Believe the reviews....
They were treating my son for over a year with the same problem. Kept saying the filling was coming out and just kept refilling a spot that was decayed. Went to a different dentist and he needed a root canal. Had X-rays and showed he never removed any piece of the cavity. Also the new dentist found over 8 more cavities that needed filled. What were they looking at when they were cleaning and filling his teeth..... The worst place to go.
They opened a location on Forest Grove Road in Coraopolis, Pa. Don't go there. The office is not clean. The cleaning took less than 5 minutes. I hadn't been to a dentist in several years and was there for check up. They took no xrays. after the cleaning the dentist that looked at my teeth wasn't with me for more than one minute and said "Okay - we'll see you in six months". 24 hours later I was sick with a horrible sore throat - it's seven days later and I am still sick.
Was the rinsing sink clean and did they have disposable cups and mouthwash for you to use? No
