I haven’t needed to place a call into Butler County EMS since February and March of 2017, but each time I did, the crews responded promptly and provided competent, quick and compassionate pre-hospital care. Butler County EMS maintains a great presence in our community and I would recommend them to anyone who requires immediate pre-hospital care.

You guys were so amazing. I was terrified and hurting so bad. Thank you for being there for me even tho I am a stranger and on top of you guys being professional, making me feel like it would be okay. Also, thank you so much for being my voice when I was stuck with that stupid c collar on, and reminding the er I needed medicine for nausea. I call you guys for patients at the office, and never really had a preference before for who provided the service. I definitely will be calling you guys first from now on!!!!
Butler County EMS is a wonderful service. I met the crews Friday & Saturday at the Poplar Bluff PBR and they are so well mannered you couldn't ask for better people. Glad to say they are officially like family to me glad to supper BCEMS
