0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 1 Star : Repair Quality I was lied to, mislead, had to basically coach them what to check for repairs, and they don't communicate at all with any concerns nor updates. The entire experience was crap. Furthermore I have to complete repairs myself as the total job was unfinished and even better I nearly lost the driver side fender liner as it was not install correctly. 3.5 Star : Likely to Recommend As previously mentioned, I was happy with the work, but not the communication and the time it took for the work to be done. 3.5 Star : Repair Quality The finished work was great but it took three weeks and I was told it would take 2 weeks at most. I kept sending emails, saying it was on track too be finished the prior week, when the work hadn't even been started yet. 3.5 Star : Customer Service Again, I receive poor and misleading communications. Otherwise the representatives had good attitudes
