Great experience, my car looks amazing after hitting a deer. They completely detailed my car from inside out and gave me a couple goodie bags. Butler body shop is the best!
RecommendedJeff and Todd go way above the call of duty to make sure you leave a happy customer. We were involved in a hail storm earlier this year and our insurance company drug their feet. Todd took it upon himself to work out the issue with our insurance company and finally we got back our car. This is an amazing company to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy with our decision to take our vehicle to Butler body shop! Attention to detail and Quality workmanship seems to be a standard for BBS. If you can believe it... our first adjuster was trying to cover as little of the repairs as possible. Todd, the shop manager, reached out to a contact he knows within our insurance company and spoke on our behalf to have all of the damaged repaired. Butler Body Shop did a terrible paint match on the left side of my SUV. Now I have 2 colors of blue on my car. Manager Todd refused to fix the problem. Not customer friendly at all. My insurance company required me to co-sign the check issued 4-28-17 and pay these people. Now my insurance company is going pay another body shop to repaint their screw-up.
