The attention to detail is great. They clean and detail your vehicle also.
They allowed me to use one their loaner vehicles while they were working on my Taurus which helped me out so much. When I received my car back it was in EXCELLENT CONDITION! If I ever need any of my vehicles worked on again it will be Butler body shop that gets the job. Thanks guys!!!!
I am so unhappy with the work that was done on my car. After my vehicle being in the shop for five weeks we got it back. First of all their was white stuff in every nook and cranny, I had to get it detailed. As I’m driving it home it pulled to the right BAD, talked to chuck and he said well looks like you need a alignment.. so I paid for a alignment even though that should of been covered by my insurance seems how it was a 14,000 claim!! I do not recommend Butler Body Shop because repairs performed were not complete or satisfactory. The minor detail of a coolant hose clamp not being properly attached resulted in my being stranded twenty miles from home the same day I picked up the car because it was supposedly ready. I do appreciate Chuck getting a wrecker to come get me and the car, but that doesn't change the inconvenience and possible dangers resulting from this lack of attention to detail. They do some great work but Iv had faster work with the same quality done elsewhere. They rushed the job and did not inspect their work. Upon picking up my vehicle the trim was already falling off the side they repaired along with the failed to properly reconnect my tail lights and fog lights. On top of that they choose to leave customers vehicles outside during the work day with the keys in the door.
