I received an email notification reminding me to pay my HOA dues of $450 for the year which I paid promptly only to have my account drafted for $515 two days later. I spoke with this management office and was told to send them an email about the matter which is nothing but a stall tactic. Never call you back and don't help you try and solve anything that just fine you and try and take you to court. A bunch of criminals that don't care about anybody but themselves. Disgusting people. They act like they are nice and say you can do something and then they just send anther fine and letter and don't talk to you
Being harassed for having a vehicle that doesn't "fit" into the neighborhood basically. Only form of transportation for my 20 year old to get to work. Notice after notice. Then of course you never receive a call back from the Harasser Bill Butler. Awful
Our HOA unfortunately uses this poorly managed “management company” that will harass you to your grave! I highly recommend that if you are being harassed by this management company to report them to the better business bureau! This “management company” can’t even answer the phone. You call and have to leave a voicemail every-time. It’s a shame that Vil Butler doesn’t have a life and wants to make yours hell!
Unresponsive and rude. Sad they feel like they can run a business like this.
