Yea no good for a single solo type
If I could give negative stars, I would. Coming from two young professionals, these apartments are beyond horrible. I never leave reviews but this place deserves a warning disclaimer. We were preyed on by management and lied to about everything because we were new to Des Moines and didn't know anything about the area. Our first night the neighbors told us they can't wait to leave and showed us blood splattered on the ceiling where apparently a homeless person beat another homeless person over crack (seriously?) and said they... read more
