Just sharing facts without emotion. First time I went there, manager was grumbling about a customer with multiple complaints. Sympathized with the manager. My mistake. Since then, we have spent close to $2000 in a one year span (which was a series of frustrations, as well). Dissatisfaction about their services and technicians. Inconvenient that i needed to go back twice to get a simple repair properly fixed. And the cost was disappointing. I am willing to pay good money to get a job done correctly. I received a quote for the same repair at family owned establishment in town and i am very pleased with the price. Even offered me 6 month financing for my other truck that needs work. I Got approved and repairs are in process.

I had been going here for over 5 years, had lots of work done from rebuilt transmission; water pump; cylinder head gasket; oil changes. But in the past 1.5 years, seems like I have to keep going back after things were suppose to be done correctly. I took my Car there to have an old alarm disconnected when they first opened up. It was causing problems. They charged me $75 and after awhile the problem returned. I took it to another mechanic and it was fixed immediately. It turns out they said they disconnected it but lied and ripped me off for $75. Never again!

engine lite came on & car shook, so took it there. They knew I was scared to drive it. They said it needed tune-up, and boy I was shocked at the fee charged. 1-1/2 times what I had paid in past. They "repaired" slow leak in tire---NOT. Still leaks.Would never go back there & in this small town tell every other old lady to avoid the place.
