Butch's shop offered excellent customer service at a very reasonable price, and it was done in a timely manner. I drive an older vehicle with considerably high mileage, and I was ready for some pretty bad news when I'd noticed the transmission slipping on certain occasions. Quite honestly, he could have told me I needed a whole new transmission and I'd probably have believed it. This had to be one of the most honest experiences I've had at a mechanic shop. Had a transmission rebuilt and when it was acting up again he made sure everything was right and isolated another problem and made the whole experience enjoyable. He stands by his work.
