RecommendedWe have known Butch Dunfee Jr. of Butchs Heating and AC since he was about 12 years old. His Father.Sr. serviced our old boiler for many years. Butch Jr. would accompany his Father on many occasions when he was not in school, so basically, he apprenticed for Plumbing and Heating for many years. We would highly recommend Butch Jr. — He our heating with a state-of-the-art computerized heating system. Butch is dependable and very knowledgeable and we highly recommend him!
Professional, knowledgeable and very friendly, came within an hour from when I called, knew exactly what was wrong with my Ac unit fixed it properly and promptly his pricing is very reasonable, I definitely recommend him for you HVAC needs, 2 thumbs up definitely got my trust definitely know who to call for all my HVAC needs from now on.

Highly recommend!! Great service with very reasonable prices!!! Very detail oriented. Butch is a nice guy. He didn't make me feel bad (or lecture me) about the deplorable state of my filthy furnace lol. He was very professional and, I found out personable, as we had nice conversation as I had to stand right by him the whole time with a broom to protect him from my demon cat. (And no, I don't beat my cat with a broom, she is just terrified of brooms, mops and vacuums lol) All around great experience.
Today I woke up at 5am cold. Checked out the furnace, it would not fire. Called Sauder, they said they would be out, but didnt make it as 11am rolled around and our temp was 60 degrees inside. At 530 am not knowing what the issue was, I was terrified we might have to spend Chrismas Eve in a hotel or something. Well again, we were blessed by the hand of God! A Christmas miracle if you will: Butch's was available to help and came by at 1130am and fixed us up, and we can be in our home, warm and cozy and awaiting Santa's arriva... read more
