Each course was better than the one before and everything was fantastic! Thanks Priscilla, Thaddaeus, Courtney and Dante for taking great care of us. Cool wine list and the short ribs and caramel apple cheesecake are some of my favorite dishes in the city.
So delicious! The Banana bread French toast was amazing! Loved the atmosphere, and great service. Can't wait to go back.
It's ok food that's not worth the price point. For almost $30 I got three scallops that were just ok. From all the hype I expected to be knocked off my chair by delicious food, like the gnocchi, but it was ok and that's the general feeling I'm getting from others who have been. I like a lot of flavor with my dishes but somehow it got lost in the kitchen. Also, please tell your bartenders to not wipe their nose and then handle ice going into a drink.
I started with a gin drink that no one at the table could stomach. hanger steak was bland. black truffle béarnaise wasn't edible, got the chimichurri so I could cover up the taste of the steak and it was super weak! The one mussel I had was pretty tasty.
The best restaurant the Gourmands ate in all year. Great service, outstanding food.
