let go the best bar tender in town who continually worked hard to create mocktails for myself and others in the recovery community. I will no longer be frequenting this establishment due its disrespect of hard working staff which shows a blatant disregard for its loyal customers.

Butchertown Grocery has always been the best of the best when it comes to flavors, atmosphere and service. Bobby and his team put their heart and soul into everything they do, and it shows!
A few months ago, we drove by BG and on a lark decided to try it. We had no reservations and it was late Sunday morning, but we were fortunate to nab the last two seats at the bar. Brunch was phenomenal. Look forward to returning soon to celebrate some family birthdays.
My family and I had lunch at Butchertown today. I had the egg and cheese on a english muffin. My mother and sister both had the chicken salad and my father chose the steak and cheese sandwich. Everything was super. We were satisfied and had to get some baked goods to take home. The only downside is that we wish there had been a little more room to sit down. Visited during a Louisville trip back in September, and I’ve been thinking about this place ever since I left. The interior design is a beautiful crossover between a Kentucky-style rustic ambiance and spooky hipster chic.
