Farm to table at its best. Our group is decidedly carnivorous. None of us would disagreed with "Vegetables are good for sides." But the culinary team here elevates vegetbales to a level rarely seen. Cyrus in Healdsburg, Boluud, Morimoto. Would come back just to eat my veggies. But do't let this distract from their other excellence.
