I've been to Butcher Boys several times. Everything I have purchased has been high quality and the staff is very helpful and friendly. I love the rind on bacon. It cooks up well, doesn't shrink and taste very good. Disappointed to learn they were moving, but, can't wait for them to open up at new place. Hope the new store opens soon.
