Always so helpful and quick. The receptionist is the sweetest lady. This is a small locally owned business and they've helped me fix my air condition coil, plug up my new gas dryer, and helped me find why my air condition bill went up over $100 in one month. I wouldn't call anyone else, ever.

This companies receptionist Beverly, is the rudest old woman I have ever spoken with in my life. I called earlier to inquire about a pay rate for technicians. She first asked me why?? As if there are tons of reason you would want to know what someone pays! Then I told her I’m inquiring because there are people who are looking for a job. We had Butch Powell Heating and AC come out to our home to service the motor in our unit; at the recommendation of a family member, after dealing with another local company on and off for a year and it was a very positive experience. They were very prompt in returning my call and arriving at the home to see that everything was back in working order. I highly recommend Butch Powell Heating and AC
