A wonderful and welcoming place to come and work out. They offer a great variety of classes and have enough equipment so you don't feel you have to rush your use of the machine or wait too long for someone else to get done.
It's amazing! Clean, lots to offer for working out. Classes, Yoga, Zumba etc, sauna, tanning. All women, so it's very nice for women to take sometime for themselves.
