If you want a judgement free awesome place to workout this is it! The people there (staff and members) are the most positive group I've ever come across.
This is not just a gym. It's a family, I love each and everyone of the members here along with the staff. It makes me want to be there every time I go!
The staff are great, the facility clean and a good selection of classes and equipment.
Great place for ladies to work out. I love the fact that it's a place just for women; no more worries about men trying to pick you up. Everyday is a different workout program so your not doing the same workout.
Loving the boot camp with lindsey. The workout is challenging but well worth the effort. It is great to be able to get a workout done for the day.
Had a yoga class this mourning and felt great all day
