The people there are nothing but liars. I had two bad experiences with them. The first incident was when I had to go back to get my tires switched after six months (as they had promised "free tire rotations" every 6000 miles). The tires had started to wear off on one side by then...and when I inquired, they said it was because they didn't "align" the new tires/wheels when I purchased through them six months back. I recently took my 2006 dodge caravan to the dealer (suppse to be the experts) for a check engine light. the first time there they told me a needed a sensor that cost 439.00 dollars! Of course they told me it wasn't under warranty. I left the dealer three blocks later the same light was back on!!! After three more days with my vehicle, I was told that I needed a computer.1200.00 dollars!! (NOT covered by warranty).
