As I write this I can't help but laugh a bit at these other reviews below, he can't understand why NY regulation don't apply in PA .. seriously I'm no car expert but I know a plug in a tire is not safe and PA inspection is a pass or fail test the fee applies no matter if you fix your car or not it always has been that way! The next guy 300 for a tire and insp blah blah he never mentioned that he probably had an expensive tire and is just pissed that he can't afford a replacement so he decided to take it out on the business i... read more
Very slow service have 2017 new car waited for 1 hour for inspection and after 1 hr said could not make it pass because of 1 of the tires was plugged and needs to be replaced as it passed in NY I don't why it can't pass here in PA still been charged for nothing will not go there anymore...
Found the entire staff to be very helpful. Great waiting area and good prices for excellent work. The guys at the counter Nick and Jim made me feel comfortable.
Be wary of this business: They may try to perform unnecessary service on your vehicle. Consider a second opinion from another reliable mechanic/shop.
Oil change at this place cost me three months later. They forgot to put the oil fill cap on a 2009 GTI I purchased from Lehigh Valley Auto Group causing low oil pressure and oil splashed all over engine. Lucky for me I noticed it before it was to late. Also stripped the oil drain threads. Crossed threaded and torqued the drain plug so tight it had to be cut off. DOUCHE BAGS
The people there are nothing but liars. I had two bad experiences with them. The first incident was when I had to go back to get my tires switched after six months (as they had promised "free tire rotations" every 6000 miles). The tires had started to wear off on one side by then...and when I inquired, they said it was because they didn't "align" the new tires/wheels when I purchased through them six months back. (they didn't tell me anything about alignment that time) - and this time I had to pay for the alignment and the t... read more

I recently took my 2006 dodge caravan to the dealer (suppse to be the experts) for a check engine light. the first time there they told me a needed a sensor that cost 439.00 dollars! Of course they told me it wasn't under warranty. I left the dealer three blocks later the same light was back on!!! After three more days with my vehicle, I was told that I needed a computer.1200.00 dollars!! (NOT covered by warranty). After some double talking and no real answers from the service manager..I conceded and let them put the compute... read more
