No margarita mix at 5:00 on Thursday night which is Mexican night. Had to wait for them to go get some. Also waitress wasn’t best in the world. Food was good when we got it.
Absolutely the worst wait service to kitchen coordination I have experienced in years!!! Ordered drinks and a water. Drinks come but no water after asking x 3. Finally got my own. 35 minutes to get onion rings [they were good], and 55 minutes to receive 2 pizzas. But wait, one of the pizzas was made incorrectly! These were the only pizzas served in the bar for the 105 minutes we were there. The new pizza showed up 10 minutes later. Go figure. No tip, no recommendation, no come back.
I came in on Saturday to watch the pool tournament with my uncle and had the 16oz steak special. It was EXCELLENT!!! Definitely will be back next time im down to visit.
Every time they mess up my food. The only thing good there is the voodoo sauce. Other than that horrible service and small portions. And when I complained to the manager it seemed like she didn't care at all.
Ended up getting seated by an outside sliding door with the cold wind blowing in. When I closed it a waitress got mad as she wanted it open.... l asked to see the manager but that never happened. Long story, short.... we left after she was rude to us. I won’t ever go back and hope others won’t either!
The place itself is a pretty neat looking sports bar and most of the waitresses are sweet and nice. But the busty good looking brunette hostess was extremely rude to basically all of the people waiting for tables. But ide go back because she was good looking!
