Very impressed with this quality builder. Great communication from day one. Attention to detail. High level construction. Organized and smooth process. House was clean with quality finishes. Exactly what we wanted and pictured. Would highly recommend!
We just closed on our new home, which is beautiful! Very pleased with the overall quality of the workmanship. Most importantly, even though it felt like a bit of a roller coaster ride at times due to circumstances beyond the builder's control, I gave a 5-star rating, especially for the service provided by the sales manager, Genie Ryder, who went above and beyond for us at the end to assist us after an issue caused by the title company at closing with our closing docs. One of the worst home building experiences we've ever had and we have built five new homes over the years. Our backyard was flooded because the grading job was terrible. First time we turned the air conditioner on it didn't work. We had a water and plumbing issue from the beginning. No water pressure. We had mold in the crawl space after one year . Our floors creaked. The value of our home went down due to so many rentals. We took a loss selling our home but we are so glad to be gone from this sub division in Republic.
We love our new home but there are issues that need to be addressed! Nearly every window has terrible separation and the caulking has failed with dust blown in. The counter splash tile is all departed and the same in the master bathroom all separated from the wall. The concrete is horrible! They replaced one section, it likes like it was done with a butter knife and hammer. I could not be any happier with a purchase such as this. Amazing team!! If you go look at other homes in the Springfield Missouri area I guarantee that you will come back to Bussel Building. There is no comparison!! Anything that has come up with home has been addressed immediately and without question. So glad our realtor suggested us go look at other builders first then come to Bussell. Keep up the great quality workmanship and customer service. Nice to still see someone that honestly cares for the customer.
