2 years ago we tried to buy a home we were under contract until we noticed there were discrepencies with the plat plan and the MLS. We were told it was identical to a home we had looked at and it even listed a fireplace. It was still under construction and we took his word for it. As we got closer we noticed no fireplace and the house was actually measured less space than was listed as well. It was also the smallest plat in the whole neighborhood. We just closed on our new home, which is beautiful! Very pleased with the overall quality of the workmanship. Most importantly, even though it felt like a bit of a roller coaster ride at times due to circumstances beyond the builder's control, I gave a 5-star rating, especially for the service provided by the sales manager, Genie Ryder, who went above and beyond for us at the end to assist us after an issue caused by the title company at closing with our closing docs.
