BTP has always taken care of my printers. Affordable and reliable. Have used them for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have my HP 4250's fixed. Highly recommended.
I called this place to see what I could do about fixing my laser printer as I'm not technically savy. The man over the phone, Blair, immediately went into a spiel about how he can't go into the service manual and give free information. I told him that I wasn't looking for free information and would rather have someone come fix it or bring it in. After that he continued to be rude and say that I should just buy a new machine, which is $400. No thank you. I don't see how these guys can run a business when they can't even talk ... read more
