As a client, I am extremely frustrated with Business Tax Consultants. I paid them over the course of a year and they did nothing with regard to my tax issue other than charge me for a file storage portal, which, after several attempts, never worked. When I asked for a refund when I realized the IRS had no record of them representing me, they have yet to provide it, and have been generally unresponsive since I asked for it in mid-May. I would recommend you look elsewhere should you need tax help.
