Excellent customer service. I send them employee information and I know their benefits will be loaded properly. No stress on my end to enter health, dental and life insurance information.
We just renewed our insurance April 2019. Such great service, explained ALL of our options and helped us decide which was the best way for us to go. Whenever I call looking for help or answers I feel I get the best service. I always receive a return call or email. I always feel that BBI does their best to get me an answer. I get calls every week from other agencies looking for me to change my broker but I would not think of it.
