BBI is great. They save me hours of time in benefits administration. They flag important updates and provide great cost analysis so I can quickly review and just make decisions. They are also super responsive to questions from my staff which again saves me time.
BBI helps us to find the benefits that suits our groups needed, give a good advises and make sure that we are in compliance. I would give Doreen a 5 stars!! we value her commitment and her advises. The reason I gave 4 stars because I'd like to see BBI turns around their quote a day sooner.
