Terrible service. Ate there a couple weeks ago with my kids, store was not busy, and had to wait 30 minutes for my food. And the only reason I got my food, was because I had to go up and ask where my food was. Everyone but one guy looked up from their phones to acknowledge no one had made my order. The manager gave no care to this because he was on his phone too, coming from the back area like everyone else. Absolutely terrible service. Food was alright.
The open sign was on and the employees were sitting in the dinning room at 3:00 pm but they were locked up and not taking customers. Dinning or drive-thru. For a really good place to go, it is a common thing here.
Pulled up to drive thru and employee was talking to friend, who was in car . I waited five minutes, the friends never order so finally I just left by the time I left there were two vehicles behind me in drive thru . Service was no good.
One time waited over 30 minutes in the drive through. Two other times our take out order was wrong. Gone by twice when they had closed the dining room with no notice.
