Dr. Ahmed was very gentle and it was evident he knows how to do his job. Kudos to the team.
Darlene and Dr Novak work together like professionals who enjoy dentisry and their patients well-being. The office staff also are efficent and fun to engage the patient. Clients obviously want to return for their dental care. Keep up the good work and the smiles!

Equipment was new and impressive and the patient room was comfortable. The staff was competant. The dental assitant needed some breath mints. Billing lect a lot to be desired with poor service attitude and incorrect invoices charges.

I had an implant placed and you made the crown for it. It was recemented a couple of times and each time it came off. One visit they could not get it off so they gave up. The next thing I know I had swallowed the crown. Three days later 2 RCT teeth just broke off. If I continue to go there it will take years to complete the work I need. I even had an abcess develop within 5 months of my last visit. I have become so down on my teeth and have just let everything go except my daily care. Everyone involved in my visit was professional and friendly. I feel that the service I received was excellent. I did feel a little strange about being asked to pay before services were rendered as if if maybe I wasn't good for the payment.
