Very professional and knowledgeable and extremely personal. Not just someone sitting in a chair and feeling like a meat market but genuinely concerned for your comfort. Going to have 2 teeth pulled soon and for me a horror story but knowing how the doctor and the tech are really caring, I can go get this done and not fear the experience.
