As usual, my visit to Bushnell Family & Cosmetic Dentistry was absolutely terrific. Dr. Novak and his assistant Carolyn are most professional. They listen without interrupting, and then make their comments and suggestions. I never feel that they are in a rush, that they don't have time for me. I cannot imagine a greater degree of satisfaction with a dentist. Thank you, Dr. Novak!
As a general rule, nobody likes to go to the dentist. If you have to go, I would highly recommend Dr. Novak and and his very capable personnel. They are all great people, very personable and professional! The high level of their expertise and their ability to resolve dental problems is outstanding! Most importantly, they CARE about their clients.
A crown came loose Thursday, when everything was still pretty much closed down because of the pandemic. I called them to ask what I should do. They got me in the next day! I really appreciated that. The crown will need replacing, but for the short run, they affixed the old one with sturdy adhesive. I am grateful.
Darlene and Dr. Novak are both competent, caring professionals. The dental procedures and examinations are thorough.
I am very pleased with the services received from Business Family & Cosmetic Dentistry. All employees are concerned about by welfare. The work and charges are discussed up front. Dr. Novak is a true professional and ready to respond to any questions that come up. This is one of the best service-oriented organizations I interact with.
Not surprising, when you say you are going to the Dentist, people cringe. I will say...going to Bushnell Family Dentistry has been a delight. I have had a thorough checkup, x-rays, a crown, mouth guard & cleanings. Each person I have seen gives excellent customer service. We are always greeted with a smile & a cheerful personality. I highly recommend Bushnell Family Dentistry. Thank you...you all are appreciated!
