I was very impressed with the courtesy, friendliness and professionalism of all the staff. Sure made and unpleasant situation a lot easier. Kudos to all.
Have just completed my fourth visit as Dr. Novak's patient. Best dentist I've ever found. He obviously takes pride in his work. I had to get an old crown replaced and was amazed a how little discomfort was involved and how picky Dr. Novak is about getting everything Just Right. (If my last dentist had been so thorough about making sure it fit correctly,the crown wouldn't have needed replacing.) The office is very well run by a pleasant and helpful staff. I won't go anywhere else!
All staff were polite, helpful, and personable. My 1st visit was more or less an Emergency 7 they worked me in the following day. I had an infected tooth, that caused me to have it & another extracted! The Dr.did an xray, then put me on antibiotics & pain medicine, to alleviate pain & swelling, so that he could do the extraction. Then i was scheduled 4 days later to have the teeth pulled. visit checking for dental problems, I would rate the Hygenist 5 stars, she did a good job explaining what she did and why, and what she would recomand, and the dentist also did his review, and both were very professional.

Most thorough dental exam I have EVER experienced!!! The ENTIRE staff was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly, & able to answer all of my questions. I have found a new "dental" home. THANK YOU!!!
