Have had nothing but frustrating experiences with this office. They weren't very forthcoming with information regarding HOA finances when I was considering moving into a new area. I've had multiple emails ignored, and when I finally did get an answer on one email regarding a pool key, the associate at Bushnell implied that I was somehow trying to swindle them out of a copy of a key for the community pool that I never received upon moving in.
