If more used car salespeople were like Roy it would dissolve the stigma attached to this industry. Roy was very easy to talk to, accommodating, and went above and beyond the call of duty. Also, while driving home after picking up the car the TPMS light came back on. I had it fixed at a place of my choosing and Roy reimbursed me, no questions asked.
Had problems not even a week after we bought an 06 Laredo, the parts they claimed they fixed weren’t even fixed.. now 7 months later, my boyfriend is spending $3000 on a bunch of new parts... (which would have been over $6000 if he didn’t work at a dealership) all because the break calipers seized and I had to have it towed. Thank god it happened at home and not on the road with my 6 month old daughter in the vehicle.
