So I retained a lawyer at bush law group for my uncontested divorce earlier this year and for the most part I worked with the paralegal and got all documents submitted and sign since the divorce was amicable but still had to wait the year separated before the final hearing. Well I am now a month out without ever being contacted and the office is closed and no one is responding to email or phone calls. I have used Richard and Ben on a number of different legal matters both personally and professionally. Personally for a property damage claim following a car accident and professionally my clients have used him for setting up wills, trusts and estate planning needs. I have received nothing but outstanding legal advice and attention in all matters.
I had a divorce case in which one of the attorneys represented me and it was very unfavorable. I did not get the service I needed and I had to fire the attorney. I asked to get the remainder of my retainer back and was denied. I didn't even have any legal counsel listed in the court house just prior to the hearing. Very disappointed with all of it I hired a different attorney in which turned my entire case around with a very favorable outcome. I would be extremely cautious when deciding to hire this firm.
