The Bad Reviews are NUTS!!!!! GREAT PLACE!!! – I cannot say enough about the quality of service I have received from Mr. Busenbark. He is not some mega-repair place, just a hard working man trying to make a living. So yes, if you call when the grass is starting to need cut, it may take a few extra days, but maybe try calling him earlier the next time? Horrible – I can attest to what darenamami said. Bad customer service, no qoute given, no phone call before or after repair. Take your service elsewhere!
Slow as molasses. Poor customer focus. – Work to be completed in days has turned into months. Commitments are not to be believed. They forget to submit orders for parts over and over which caused significant delays. They do not provide quotes unless you ask which they seem to forget to do, so after the long delays there is sticker shock. They do not call you when the work has been completed which leaved the customer with making phone calls to check on status which seems to annoy them.
