Disappointing experience with this mill. I waited almost 4 hours to unload, which is unacceptable. What's worse is that they had 3 forklifts free on site at the time they just drive in the yard, but none of them were being utilized efficiently. It felt like they didn't care about wasting drivers' time or prioritizing our schedules. With better management, this delay could have been avoided. Unfortunately, it feels like drivers' time isn't valued here.
