We just stopped by today to look with no intentions to purchase anything. We met Annie at the door. She was very kind, showed us around the whole building. We said "Hi" to everyone we met. They all had smiles!! They had some plants I have never seen before! Beautiful healthy plants! I had to touch them to see if they were real! Special THANK YOU to everyone, especially Annie. P. S. Had a very enjoyable, educational, time shopping here today. Shey.. is the lady that help me. Answer all my questions. Entertained my 4 year old so I could do a very thorough search for the perfect addition to my plant family. They had every plant I was looking for and all the sizes and the prices were great. Will never shop elsewhere for my plants.
I have been very pleased with Busch's for many years but now I have seen what customer service means to them. Every year in remembrance of my Mothers birthday my aunt sends me flowers with a pink rose in the middle for Mom. This year as years before I received the roses but they weren't lasting as long as usual. I sent an email and Summer answered and said they would replace the roses. I was very pleased with her prompt and courteous reply. Thanks Busch's for your FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE
