Worse than AWFUL....I have never had a worst haircut, style or salon experience as I have had at this salon. Michelle Buschi was the person who I had made the appointment with on the recommendation of a friend. She called and requested to change the first appointment time due to her dentist appointment, which she had forgotten about, which I agreed to with no thought.
